About the author
Paul Wesley Dolphin spent years building and managing technical teams, including teams overseas, the kind of skilled people who could execute almost anything he handed them. He watched, over a stunningly short period, as AI began to absorb the very work those teams did so well.
What did not get absorbed was the judgment about what to build, the trust that held the relationships together, and the read of a situation no dataset contained. The machine took the tasks; it could not take the humanity wrapped around them. That was the moment the Human Premium became real, not as a theory, but as the only durable ground left to stand on.
