• Empathy — feeling what another feels, and letting it change what you do next.
• Judgment — the wise call when the data is incomplete.
• Trust — being the person others rely on when stakes are real.
• Presence — full attention in a world built to fracture it.
• Taste — knowing what is worth making, and what to leave out.
• Purpose — acting from a why bigger than the task.
• Care — genuinely wanting things to go well for the person in front of you.

Fungible vs. non-fungible

Fungible means interchangeable — the only question is price, and price falls toward zero. Non-fungible means there is no substitute: this person, this relationship, this judgment, or nothing. A model can produce words that sound empathetic. It cannot be moved. The imitation is the giveaway; the premium is the real thing underneath.
